  MailWall Anti-spam rejections
If you have been refered to this page, it may be because your email was rejected by our mail gateways.

MailWall runs and Anti-Virus software and email must pass many layers of protection before being accepted into our system. Our protection services, known as SpamGate regularily blocks 97% of spam and 99% of virus.

The system is constantly monitored by our administrators and any queries related to our protection services will receive prompt attention.

What to do if your email has been blocked?
If your email has been blocked and rejected, firstly you need to contact your IT administrator or ISP to determine if any of your (or their) mail gateways have been listed on any of the following blacklist providers:

www.spamhaus.org
ordb.org

If you know the IP address of your mail gateways then you can lookup the above blacklist service providers to determine if your domain names or IP addresses are listed in their system. Click the above links to go to their lookup database pages.

If your mail gateways are listed in the above mail blacklists then your IT administrator or ISP needs to follow the instructions from the respective blacklist provider to remove your IP address(es)

What to do if your email have been blocked and is not listed on a blacklist service?
MailWall will pro-actively block domain names or IP addresses for known spam or Virus Mail Bomb sources. Occassionally, this will impact on valid email. Please contact us directly to review and remove any block for valid mail sources, we will respond to your query and advise you of any actions.

What is a subject pass key?
Most of our clients that use our MailWall services will have a subject line pass key. This enables emails to run quicker through various protection layers. If you need to know the pass key for one of these clients, please contact them directly.
