Reports |
|
MailWall can provide reporting on your mail traffic. You will receive a standard monthly Message Volume Summary report, and other reports can be run daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc for $1 per report. All such reports can be delivered via email to one or a number of recipients of your choice.
For each reports we would specify the reporting criteria which may include:
- period of run
- frequency of run
- sender criteria, e.g., contains '????'
- recipient criteria, e.g., contains '????'
- type of report
The types of report we can run include:
- Message Volume Summary - (total messages and bytes recieved for period)
- Message Status Summary - (total messages delivered, failed or holding)
- Top 25 recipients by count - (see whom is receiving the most mail regularly)
- Top 25 recipients by size - (see whom is receiving the lastest amount of mail data)
- Top 25 largest messages - (see what the largest incoming messages where for period)
- Top 25 most popular previous hops - (see where most mail comes from)
The MailWall reports also display specified message summaries into graph format. They enable you to determine such details as the exact period of high email traffic in your network or how many recipients have received your mass-mail-out, or who is eating up your bandwidth with regular large attachments. The MailWall reporting gives you the ability to understand your mail traffic and reduce or fine tune areas needed to improve and maximize your network systems potential.
