Account holders with more than 100 users can access MailGate and review their own mail queue, plus update our specific rule sets database. There is a $250 setup fee, plus $50 per month.
MailGate is a highly secure Web portal where your administrators can login and view mail queues into your network system. Users have the option of marking mail as spam and sending to a marked list, releasing the mail into the network system or if the queued mail is not spam and is regularly queued, you can release and allow domain name or email address. These functions release the email into the network system and also add the domain name or email address into the ‘White List’. The White List is a list of ‘allow rules’ that are actually lists of allowed domain names and email address’s that are allowed into your network system. A ‘Black List’ also exists that specifies all blocked domain names and email addresses that regularly send spam and viruses, that are forbidden from ever entering your network.
The MailGate Web portal also allows administers to view both lists and observe the listed domains and the priorities they are allocated.
MailGate also has support query link for users if there are any elements regarding the lists and its contents that an administrator is uncertain about.
MailGate is your window into the inner-workings of your mail queue, and is the only system in Australia that allows users to view and determine what mail is allowed into a system network.
